Apologies guys if i lost your login details and forum threads, a little bit annoyed about this myself. It turns out that our host is bone idle and offers no support and no direct access to your database.
I plan to remedy this by switching host in the near future (if i haven't already), hopefully in the long term that will make enough difference to prevent this happening again.
In case any of you are interested the host is FreeWebDot.com anyone considering hosting with these guys should consider that our experience
has been less than positive at best. We had the user data in the forum database and the database was not directly accessible so I have asked the host repeatedly to remedy the problem
by creating us a backup on the ftp but have basically been ignored.
