Common questions about membership
Reasons for a failed signup include ....
- Invalid characters -
use only numbers and letters where possible as other characters may be stripped out.
- Odd lengths - give every box a value and don't make the values overly long.
- Clashes - if you have already signed up using the email you specified then get a reminder, no need to signup again.
This is also true of usernames, it might not even be your username but if it's taken then ccoder wont let you use it.
Take the time to ensure you read any instructions given should the first attempt fail as this will give vital clues as to why
the service failed to add your details to our database.
