Stable web platforms
I guess i never really though much about building complex systems before, until recently.
Whilst working on something considerably more complex at work I came to understand that my tiny little content management project is just a pin drop in an ocean of insanely complex projects out there.
I'm finally getting there after some 3 or 4 ish years now, I haven't really been focusing at all for some time on the CMS or indeed the ccoder.co.uk web site but I think it may be time to make a bit of a comeback and start pushing my goings on up to give you guys a chance to see what i'm up to.
The CMS is useable but recently i've been thinking about possibly making it open source and giving out to whoever wants it.
I think this approach will not only raise more interest in it but also i'm hoping that others might learn from my experience, this is the main reason I set out to build ccoder.co.uk in the first place, and this would also have a side effect which would mean I had more time to focus on my XNA work.
Is it me or do technologies loose their wow factor when you use them all day at work?
Thanks for reading guys, hope to see you on the forum some time (next thing up for an update).
